All products are shipped straight away on the same business day or the next depending when orders are placed ! No delays..

Please note: The tracking on your account mightn't be updated straight away, however your items are sent ASAP. Check your spam folder for tracking information. Please be patient. Sydney is experiencing delivery delays of up to 9 days. No point in contacting the courier or being impatient it is what it is during these testing times. Some deliveries might arrive on the weekend due to the huge volumes these transport companies are dealing with.

Retail shipping of Ceramic Candle Filters are via Aramex couriers(Street address) or Australia Post(for PO Boxes and rural areas) - we use tracking numbers to track the location of your parcels. Shipping times using 'Parcel Post' are normally 2-5 days, however remote areas in NT and WA may take up to 10 days. Aramex is used where we can(metro areas) at no extra to parcel post because they are a lot faster. Orders to Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide normal next day via Aramex if your order is placed before 10am however during Covid shutdowns these times blow out.

Alternatively you may select the more express service of 'Express Post' which takes approximately 1-2 days for parcels to arrive in metro areas. Sometimes they are extremely fast.


If you find that on arrival your filter(s) are broken. Examine the packaging to see if the damage was caused by Australia Post/Aramex, take photos of damages and damage to external box. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement product to be sent out. We may need you to repack broken item for the courier to collect or return to your local post office.


Ceramic and Porcelain water purifiers are shipped using Aramex couriers, which also covered by delivery damage insurance. Remote locations we use AusPost with insurance and a consignment numbers. These items are re-boxed for their protection.


Fastway couriers are also used for Wholesale customers of both Ceramic Filters and Benchtop Water Purifiers. Other arrangement can be made for wholesale customers


Special notes to the delivery people can be added during checkout - its up to the couriers/Auspost if they follow them though. Leave a mobile and sometimes Aramex courier will call you if you are not home if required. 


If you are expecting a delivery through Austpost and it hasn't arrived check the tracking number, your front door, letter box, and your local post office, sometimes they forget to leave a delivery card. We check the progress of all deliveries.

All Purifier's shipped are insured and repacked for transit, and if any damages occur during transit the part will be replaced. Guaranteed !

If the parcel(product) arrive and you change your mind for any reason, just return the item unused and we will refund the cost of the product.

SHIPPING COSTS: Unless stated on that selected product "Shipping Included" - shipping is calculate via weight and remote location via the Australia Post postage calculator. Add product to cart and at the bottom of the page is a postage calculator, select your state and enter you postage to estimate cost. Base cost usually starts at $9.15 and then weight and location add to this. Certain Melbourne suburbs during checkout may be offered cheaper cost via Fastway/Aramex however these must go to a street address, if selected.
