This filter cartridge will fit standard 10 inch twin undersink units as seen on this web page. You will also need in the second filter that removes everything else like the Carbon MATRIKX PB1 LEAD & CYST filter cartridge. This filter goes 1st and then the carbon filter. If you have a three stage filtering system, then it would be sediment filter, fluoride removal filter and then carbon filter.
