Stefani gravity candles are suitable for all Australis Gravity Water Purifiers, Southern Cross, Coolaway, Stefani(not terracotta), WaterCo, Monbulk Pottery, Durand Water Filters, stoneware, Vitali, Hi-tech, HydROtwist, Bendigo Pottery Water Filter Purifiers, TruWater Filters, I Love Water and most other gravity fed water purifiers.

Stefani ceramic cartridge Candle filter down to 3 micron porosity, which allows it to filter out giardia and cryptosporidium. They also remove chlorine, chemicals, metals, sediment, bad taste and odours. However the filters do leave essential minerals including Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium to keep you healthy.

For fluoride removal up to 97% try an UltraCeram 5" candles. Some previously sold Chinese Ming Purifiers may need an adjustment for candle to fit insert basin drain hole, but these will fit our Billabong range, Southern Cross and most other water purifiers/pottery water filter units

Warning: There are other retailers selling 'replacement Australis candles' - but be wary of where they come from, without our packaging they are most likely made in china - They are not Australis candles they are fakes.

Stefani filter candle does not remove fluoride and not suitable for tank water. For filtering tank water recommend you use the Doulton filter candle 5"
