Returns Policy



We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship, and hope you love your handmade pottery pieces for many, many years. Most units out last their owners and handed onto the next generation.


Please note that all potter is handmade and therefore there will be slight differences between all items. Especially those with a Crystalline glazing. The glazing is done by chemical reactions and therefore variations will occur on all items. Pottery items, are exactly that pottery, so they may have bumps, lumps, small glaze bubbles. These are not defect but hand made pottery and unique to each piece. They are not iPhones.


Note: that as all items are handmade, sizes vary. This is clearly stated in the product description. Choose "Large" if you want large- don't be too hung up on litre capacity - we don't check each units max. volume, it says approximately. The size have a general guide - small, medium and large. Make sure the units fits in your kitchen (won't hit overhead cupboards and have a secure platform to sit them on. Rough height and width measurements on each page.


Change of mind items are items where the customer doesn't like the style, color or shape of the item or purchase wrong product. These items can be returned at customer expense and risk. We will refund the cost of the item(or exchange cost) only if it arrives in an undamaged condition, pack as we packed it, so that it has a safe trip.


However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your pottery purchase, we do accept returns under the following parameters. If you have questions, please email by replying to your detailed purchase email.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, email order confirmation)
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Pottery (Seconds) and clearance items are final sale, no returns.
  • Any items that are damaged from use or general wear and tear are not returnable. All items must be returned in new condition.
  • If refund is required this will be processed within 5 days within receiving tracking information from customer or day items is returned.
  • No restocking fee will be charged to retail customers

OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE: We are happy to replace items that were damaged in shipping with the following parameters:

  1. Please contact us 24 hours of receiving your damaged order so we can initiate your replacement part(s).
  2. Take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the box and packaging, and email them to us. Be careful broken pottery can be sharp.


NOTE: Australis Water Purifiers is not responsible for any damage that occurs from return shipping. We strongly encourage you to pack return items very well, same as they were sent.
