Shipping and Returns
Postage cost are calculated by weight unless specified as included in the prices. To use the postage calculator, add item to shopping cart, then view cart and them select postage calculator and enter postage code.
All products are shipped straight away on the same business day or the next depending when orders are placed ! No delays..
Please note: The tracking on your account mightn't be updated straight away, however your items are sent ASAP. Australia Post send their tracking notices via txt to the mobile phone number provided. Check your spam folder for tracking information or phone. Please be patient, if its Christmas and every person in Australia orders online now. No point in contacting the courier or being impatient it is what it is during these times. Some deliveries might arrive on the weekend during Christmas period due to the huge volumes these transport companies are dealing with. Most of the time parcels are getting delivered in a reasonable time frame.
Retail shipping of Ceramic Candle Filters are via Aramex couriers(Street address) or Australia Post(for PO Boxes and rural areas) - we use tracking numbers to track the location of your parcels. Shipping times using 'Parcel Post' are normally 2-5 days, however remote areas in NT and WA may take up to 10 days. Aramex is used where we can(metro areas) at no extra to parcel post because they are a lot faster. Orders to Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide normal next day via Aramex if your order is placed before 10am however during Covid shutdowns, floods, Christmas period and bush fires these times blow out.
Alternatively you may select the more express service of 'Express Post' which takes approximately 1-2 days for parcels to arrive in metro areas. Sometimes they are extremely fast.
If you find that on arrival your filter(s) are broken on arrival. Examine the packaging to see if the damage was caused by Australia Post/Aramex, take photos of damages and damage to external box. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement product to be sent out. This needs to be done immediately upon opening.
Ceramic and Porcelain water purifiers are shipped using Aramex & Aust Post we carry the risk for damages. These items are re-boxed for their protection.
Aramex couriers are also used for Wholesale customers of both Ceramic Filters and Benchtop Water Purifiers. Other arrangement can be made for wholesale customers like Skid pallets.
Special notes to the delivery people can be added during checkout - its up to the couriers/Auspost if they follow them though. Leave a mobile and sometimes Aramex courier will call you if you are not home if required.
If you are expecting a delivery through Austpost and it hasn't arrived check the tracking number, your front door, letter box, and your local post office, sometimes they forget to leave a delivery card. We check the progress of all deliveries.

If you wish to return a product or have an issue with a product use the contact us section of the web site/via email, phone and please leave a landline contact number & mobile if you have one and your full name.
All Purifier's shipped are insured and repacked (double boxed) for transit, and if any damages occur during transit the part will be replaced. Guaranteed !
If you want an estimate of the postage cost of your item, add to cart and postage calculator is a bottom of page, enter post code.
If the parcel(product) arrive and you change your mind for any reason, just return the item unused and we will refund the cost of the product.

Return an item: Yes you can return an item if you have changed your mind or it doesn't fit. We will refund the cost of the item if it is returned un-damaged and unused. Items must be returned the week they are delivered. Please re-package how we packed it. Customer will wear the cost of the postage of course. Measurements are on the web site and you can always ask. Customer have 21 days to return product.
