All products are shipped straight away on the same business day or the next depending when orders are placed ! No delays..

Retail shipping of Ceramic Candle Filters are via Fastway or Australia Post(for PO Boxes and rural areas) - we use tracking numbers to track the location of your parcels. Shipping times using 'Parcel Post' are normally 2-5 days, however remote areas in NT and WA may take up to 10 days. Fastway is used where we can(metro areas) at no extra to parcel post because they are a lot faster. Orders to Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide normal next day via Fasyway if order is placed before 10am

Alternatively you may select the more express service of 'Express Post' which takes approximately 1-2 days for parcels to arrive in metro areas. Sometimes they are extremely fast.

If you find that on arrival your filter(s) are broken. Examine the packaging to see if the damage was caused by Australia Post/Fastway. If the packaging has been damaged by Australia Post lodge a claim at your local post office. Otherwise contact us and we will arrange a replacement product to be sent out.

Ceramic and Porcelain water purifiers are shipped using Fastway couriers, which also covered by delivery damage insurance, some remote locations we use AusPost with insurance and a consignment numbers.These items are re-boxed for their protection.

Fastway couriers are also used for Wholesale customers of both Ceramic Filters and Benchtop Water Purifiers. Other arrangement can be made for wholesale customers

Special notes to the delivery people can be added during checkout - its up to the couriers/Auspost if they follow them though. Leave a mobile and sometimes Fastway will call you if you are not home.

If you are expecting a delivery through Austpost and it hasn't arrived check the tracking number, your front door, and your local post office, sometimes they forget to leave a delivery card. I check the progress of all deliveries.

All Purifier's shipped are insured and repacked for transit, and if any damages occur during transit the part will be replaced. Guaranteed !
